Isaiah 43:1-7 2024 West Coast Impact Regional Volleyball Tournament welcomes players, family, and friends. Enjoy the 2 day tournament filled with fun, competition, fellowship and glorifying God. Throughout the tournament please display respect and sportsmanship to everyone and the volleyball venue.

Parking is $10 per day. No Entry Fee. In lieu of an entry fee a donation box will be by the door, please give as you are led to help with the cost of this tournament. 2 Corinthians 9:7

NO FOOD or Cooler Allowed in the Gym. FOOD vendors available outside. You may eat in the atrium but you cannot bring your own cooler inside.

The facility has all the seating we need. No need to bring a chair.

Please be mindful that only players and coaching staff are permitted on the courts and equipment. During game intermissions, timeouts, rest periods – non-players/coaches are asked to refrain from playing on the courts.

Parents are not permitted on the bench or to approach the refs at any time. Parents are not permitted to talk to the tournament table. Questions must be brought to the coach or team parent.


There will be an online schedule and results page on the West Coast Impact Site. Once the schedule has been uploaded to the site we will send out the QR code. This site will allow you to see scores live as the tournament progresses. 

Tournament Swag will be available for picked up at the tournament. This was Pre-order only.

TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW

FRIDAY SCHEDULE

  • 3:15pm Players may enter Gym. No players or spectators should enter prior.
  • 7:00pm Seniors v Juniors begins- ALL Teams Watch
  • 7:30pm Junior Awards Ceremony
  • 9:00pm exit gym

Friday Dinner: No Food Allowed in the Gym. There is no official dinner break. Teams may leave after their reffing and pool play is complete. Athletes need to bring small snacks to be eaten through out the evening in-between matches during their “off” time. Recommended easy protein and carbohydrates type snacks. 

SATURDAY SCHEDULE

  • 7:30am Check in ALL teams begins
  • 4:00pm ALL Championship matches begin
  • 6:00pm Awards Ceremony
